  • estimating/costing works
  • cost analysis
  • risk & value management
  • commercial risk
  • preparation of tender & contract documents
  • contract valuations. 

Requirements :-

You must hold or be working towards relevant HND/Degree qualifications and be a member of RICS.

The Package :-

  • Basic Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
